Thank you for purchasing our cold plunge product. To ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience, please read the following warranty information, user manual, and safety instructions carefully before using the product.

Warranty Information

Our cold plunge product comes with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers parts for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. If you believe your product has a defect covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim.

User Manual and Instructions

Assembly:

  1. Remove the product from its packaging and place it in the desired location.

  2. Fill the product with cold water to the desired level.

  3. Turn on the filtration and circulation system, by plugging it into a 110/120V 20 amp dedicated GFCI

    outlet.

  4. Make sure to release the air in your system by turning the air release valve on the top of your filter housing. Once all of the air is released, tighten your air release valve. Doing this will prime your system.

  5. Enjoy your cold plunge!

    Usage:

  1. Do not stay in the cold plunge for longer than 10 minutes at a time.

  2. Please consult your doctor before use. Cold plunging is not suitable for everyone, especially those with

    cardiac and high blood pressure history.

  3. Always supervise children and vulnerable adults when using the cold plunge.

  4. Do not use the product if you are pregnant, have heart problems, or have any other medical conditions

    that could be aggravated by cold water.

  5. We do not recommend using water that is less than 45 degrees fahrenheit.

  6. If you experience any discomfort or unusual symptoms while using the product, exit immediately and

    seek medical attention if necessary.

    Maintenance:

  1. Drain and refill the product with fresh water on a regular basis.

  2. Clean the interior and exterior of the product with a mild detergent and a soft cloth.

  3. Check the filtration and circulation system regularly to ensure proper function.

  4. Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated area when not in use.

  5. Run jet cleaner through your system on a regular basis.

Safety Information

  1. Never dive or jump into the cold plunge.

  2. Do not use the cold plunge if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  3. Keep the product away from sources of heat and fire.

  4. Do not use electrical devices near the product while it is in use.

  5. If the product is damaged or leaking, exit immediately and contact our customer service team.

  6. Do not attempt to repair or modify the product yourself. Contact our customer service team for

    assistance.
